About Culinara Brasil

Brazilian recipes and ingredient guidance for US home cooks, with clear sources and honest notes about AI review and recipe testing.

AI editorial review: 2026-10-22

A place to begin with Brazilian food

Culinara Brasil is an independent cooking website at culinara2.feo.dev. We publish Brazilian recipes and practical ingredient guides in English for home cooks in the United States. The collection starts with everyday sides, cheese bread, a coconut fish stew and sweets to share.

Brazil’s regional and household cooking traditions are much larger than one collection. We identify the version presented, keep Portuguese dish names, and explain US adaptations without claiming that one recipe is the only authentic way.

Research, not an invented test kitchen

AI assists with source research, original writing and editorial review. The owner has delegated editorial acceptance to the Culinara AI manager. An AI review label means precisely that; it is not a human review or a professional culinary credential.

The launch recipes have not been cooked or tested by Culinara. Their timing and yield estimates are guides derived from the selected methods, not measurements of a house test. Food illustrations are AI-generated visual interpretations, not photographs of these recipes being cooked.

A useful, lightweight collection

Recipes, ingredient notes and cited sources are available without an account. There are no advertisements, paid subscriptions or analytics in this launch. You can search the recipe collection locally in your browser and print a recipe.
