How Culinara Brasil researches recipes, explains adaptations, labels generated images and records recipe testing.
AI editorial review: 2026-10-22
Sources and original explanations
We read culinary sources, including Brazilian Portuguese publishers, compare relevant methods and write independent English explanations. Ingredient lists and methods follow a coherent selected preparation; conflicting versions are not silently averaged together.
Each recipe lists its research sources. Links acknowledge evidence; they do not imply that the source author endorses Culinara or tested our adaptation. We do not reproduce publisher prose, family stories or copyrighted photographs.
Testing and review are separate
An AI editor checks the selected recipe, ingredient forms, method consistency, useful safety details and its image before acceptance. The date records editorial review. It does not establish a cooking test or a human approval.
Recipes in this collection are explicitly untested by Culinara. We do not invent ratings, nutrition calculations, chef biographies, successful cooking outcomes or firsthand memories. Time and yield estimates may vary with ingredients and equipment.
Food images are labeled illustrations
The food images in the initial Brazilian collection were generated from original text briefs. They are marked as AI serving illustrations, with provider and modification information available beside them. No source food photograph was supplied for copying.
An illustration can help identify a dish, but it does not prove the texture, yield or appearance of a cooked batch. We exclude these illustrative variations from exact-recipe image claims in Recipe structured data.
Corrections and commercial transparency
We correct a page when its sources, method or ingredient guidance need revision, and review the updated version before release. There is currently no public submission inbox or form; our Contact page states this limitation.
The launch contains no paid placements, advertising, affiliate links or visitor tracking. A future change to those features should be reflected here and in the privacy notice.
